A possible money saving solar field is back before the Sandwich City Council with a pending decision awaiting a future council meeting.

Arnie Schramel of Progressive Energy said the city could save money to provide solar electricity at its wastewater treatment plant.

But there are problems in the project as Schramel revealed.

Schramel recommended having presentations before the Sandwich City Council first.

Alderwoman Rebecca Johnson asked this question of Schramel.

Sandwich Mayor Todd Latham pointed out a previous attempt.

The discussion will continue at the January 17th Committee of the Whole meeting.
