An upgrade to the Wolf's Crossing Road and Harvey Road intersection is among the projects included for funding through the Illinois Transportation Enhancement Program. The program includes funding for various projects throughout Illinois to the tune of $106-million. The Wolf's Crossing project is slated to receive $91,820 in funding. It's part of a multi-stage plan to update the road which has seen a big increase in vehicle and pedestrian traffic. Portions of the project are also being considered for federal funding.
Also on the list of projects is $779,780 for the Blackberry Creek Bridge and Shared use Path in Sugar Grove.
