A fifteen-year-old boy is facing charges after he was arrested by Plano police late Tuesday night. The Plano Police Department says an officer tried to pull over a stolen vehicle in the 2600 block of Eldamain Road. The vehicle did not stop and drove through a nearby parking lot. It eventually became stuck on some train tracks in the area where at least one occupant fled and was arrested shortly after. There were five people in the vehicle at the time.
The fifteen-year-old driver is charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, aggravated fleeing and eluding police, not having a valid driver's license, and driving an uninsured vehicle. The teen was later released to a parent.
