Donald L. Earle, 76, of Leland, IL passed away Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at his home. He was born December 4, 1944 in Sandwich, IL the son of Reuben and Leona (Kramer) Earle. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Ottawa, IL. He loved helping his father on the family farm. Donald worked at Menard’s Distribution Center in Plano, IL for 10 years. He enjoyed building models, specifically ships. He was an avid Cubs and Bears fan. Most of all Donald enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

He is survived by his three daughters; Kristina (Marvin) Helton of Lanark, IL, Kimberly (James) Bannister of Rockford, IL, and Lisa Earle of  Hoffman Estates, IL; nine grandchildren Wesley, Zachary, Caitlyn, Alyson, Taylor, Mason, Shelby, Kyle, and Alyssa, one brother Keith Earle of Bolingbrook, IL, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Reuban and Leona Earle, two sisters Juanita and Phyllis, one brother John, and two nephews Kevin and Derick.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 29, 2021 at Turner-Eighner Funeral Home in Somonauk, IL with Bishop Steve Froisland officiating. Burial will follow at Elerding Cemetery in Sheridan, IL. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 29, 2021 at Turner-Eighner Funeral Home in Somonauk, IL.
