Jerrell W. Williams, age 69, of Waterman, IL, passed away at his home surrounded his family on Wednesday, October 20, 2021. He was born on December 27, 1951, in Sandwich, IL, the son of Albert and Irene (Jaggers) Williams.

Jerrell married the love of his life, Bonnie I. Michael, on October 14, 1977. They lived happily together for the next 20 years until her untimely passing on May 14, 1998. Throughout the years, Jerrell worked for DeKalb Ag, Paul Johnson Trucking, Wagner Excavating, Thom Excavating, and Northern Pipeline Construction (NPL). He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

He is survived by his daughter, Marcie (Mikey) Mysliwiec; his granddaughter, Peyton (fiancée, Evan Bays) Mysliwiec of Deckers, CO; his nephews, Dennis Williams of Rock Falls, IL and Terry (Heather) Braffet of Earlville, IL; his niece, Stephanie (Terry) Barringer of DeKalb, IL; and his brother, Fred (Laurie) Williams of Amboy, IL. In addition to his wife, Bonnie, Jerrell was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Irene Williams.

Friends may visit from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM on Saturday, October 23, 2021, at the Nash-Nelson Funeral Home, 1001 E. Garfield St., Waterman, IL.

Private interment will take place at a later date in the North Clinton Cemetery, Waterman, IL.
