Margaret (Margo) Tellez, 97, of Sandwich, IL passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at her home. She was born in Peoria, IL. to Wilbert and Margaret (Judson) Buhs on January 19, 1925. Margo worked for  Sealmaster Bearing for 18 years and retired in 1987 there she met the love of her life Jesus Barrera whom she spent the rest of her life next to. Prior to working at Sealmaster she taught dancing at Arthur Murry’s dancing studio in Peoria. Dancing was her passion. She loved to travel and took many trips in and out of the country. She had many friends and made friends easily wherever she went.
 
Margo is survived by her longtime companion Jesus Barrera; one son, James Bodine; one daughter, Sharon Smock; fifteen grandchildren; twenty-six greatgrandchildren; and twenty greatgrandchildren.
 
She is preceded in death by her late husband, James Bodine; one son, Dennis Bodine; one daughter, Judy Solis; two grandsons, Mark Moore and Tony Solis; two brothers, Daniel and Wilbert Buhs; and two sisters, Edna Williams and Julia Mann.
 
A memorial service for Margo will be held at 2:00 pm on December 11, 2022 at Turner-Eighner Funeral Home in Somonauk, IL. Visitation will be held from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm on December 11, 2022 at Turner-Eighner Funeral Home in Somonauk, IL. A private burial will be held at Lincoln Memorial Park in Aurora, IL.
